SimLine announces the availability of its 4KM U-Switcher, a 4-port keyboard and mouse sharing device enabling control of up to four computers with one keyboard and mouse set.

The device simplifies multi-computer operation, reduces desk clutter, and improves operator efficiency. Users connect monitors directly to host computers and plug the keyboard/mouse into the U-Switcher. No software or drivers are required for basic switching, achieved by moving the mouse cursor across screen borders or using keyboard hotkeys.

Through the KVM extension, U-switcher can be integrated at the transmission end to fulfil remote consolidation of the KM signalsThis allows back racking of systems and at the same time, through the client based application, able to do signal management.
